No tablets, no reimbursement. Very disappointed. They have lost a customer. I will not be recommending GearBest anymore.
I had ordered stuff on GearBest before and things didn't go smoothly for everything the first time but as it was recommended by an IT friend, I assumed it would go well. That was a couple of years ago. In December 2022 I ordered two tablets and with much toing and froing from their support staff, nothing came of it. I have not received my tablets or been reimbursed. Do not use them, they are not reliable. A pity.
