I ordered a computer from Microless Dubai on 30th March this year with a delivery date in the first week of April.
Fully paid for but it hasn’t arrived yet and the company doesn’t answer my phone calls.’There are no available agents in the queue at this moment’ is what I hear when I call.
This company is very suspicious.
I wonder will they ever respond.

Microless is very very tech and get the latest and greatest products quickly!
Amr from Customer service helped me and he knew what he was committing to me. Very very fast (single day) delivery and was very patient and helpful.

One of the best computer stores in GCC . Live support is great and thanks a lot to Zahra who provided me with a lot of information regarding warranty policy and payment methods. I gave four stars because I’d love to have more payment options , especially Tabby and Tamara . That will definitely increase Microless sales.

Bought some software online from them for digital delivery. They clarified that a delivery fee was payable unless selecting "Pick up from store". They made contact within 2 days to confirm where to send the license and then Hisham helped me update the information on the invoice. All done by WhatsApp and very professional indeed.

Zahra was quite helpful & polite but kinda slow, which is understandable given that probably she's the only support agent available based on the other reviews on Trust Pilot.
However the answer that was given to me wasn't really up to the level that i expect from a professional Online store,"holidays in UAE" which was on the 2nd and 3rd of december, 3 days before my order date. It's been more than 16 hours and i still haven't received a confirmation on my order nor a receipt on my email.
also i tried calling customer support and after waiting in "queue" for 6 mins the voicemail told me that there's no agents available at the moment.
Takeaway:
Im waiting to see how the process will go onwards, will keep you updated when i receive the order. But the first impression wasn't ideal.
UPDATE:
Zahra and the Microless Team followed up on the issue making sure that i receive my order as soon as possible and i actually received it Early.
