I ordered a computer from Microless…

I ordered a computer from Microless Dubai on 30th March this year with a delivery date in the first week of April.
Fully paid for but it hasn’t arrived yet and the company doesn’t answer my phone calls.’There are no available agents in the queue at this moment’ is what I hear when I call.
This company is very suspicious.
I wonder will they ever respond.

Ignored once Order is placed and paid for

Ordered a dishwasher with stated delivery for today, but the delivery did not arrive, neither did Microless offer any phone call, SMS or email to let us know of any delay.
They are now ignoring our messages.
Paid over AED1000 for a dishwasher and I am being ignored.

Attention Australians!

Attention Australians!
Australians should not purchase mobile phones from the Microless UAE. I purchased two mobiles and none of them worked in Australia.
We tried the following: Vodafone, Telstra and Optus – the big three telcos and got the same error message “searching network” and then “no service”.
When contacted Microless asking for return and refund they advised to send the mobiles back for checking. They checked on their end and sent the mobiles back to me advising that they are working and have no fault. Bottom line - I cannot use the mobiles in Australia. Other counties residents also should think twice when buying the mobile phones from them as they would not refund just because the mobiles do not work in your countries!
Very disappointed in Microless as they declined the return and refund.

SCAMMERS, faulty products

Bought a brand new pioneer hdj s7.
My mistake I didn't notice the shop is located in Dubai.
Anyway, after 2 djsets the leather of the earpad was fallinf apart. Same for the cable.
I started use the secondary one, the straight cable. Only in my studio, after TWO days, also this one was falling apart. Obviusly a faulty item. I had to send it back. They told me they could only replace the earpads and and cables even If I aske for a new one or a refund. Nothing to do. I got the headphones back with the replacements but one of the 2 cables was missing. Now I'm waiting also for the secondo one.

A DISASTER

UPDATE
After 1 use, the headphone were working only with 1 earpad. To my complaining about the necessity of a refund, they said they can't proceed. So now I have unusable hedphones with a missing cable for the price of almost 200$. SCAMMERS

Confirmed on phone but now cannot deliver after wasting two days

I ordered a Promate 80k power bank a couple of days ago. Before ordering I called their customer service to make sure they have this one and that they can deliver in time. I was confirmed on the phone they have in stock. Today over WhatsApp some from Microless team told they cannot deliver, with some bs excuse (standard verbiage), and didn't respond to any of my queries. Terribly frustrated.

Selling out of stock products, leading to money loss to international consumers

I find it really disrespectful the way your store mislead consumers to buy out of stock products. I lost 178 AED due to credit cards currency conversions, and still ALL of the out of stock products are still available for purchase online. There are several products in different versions being offered, that aren’t available, and then they try to offer you a change for an outdated model from another brand. They even try to edit your order before you consent. Just wonder how much this will take away from online international consumers.

Microless not all that it seems

I researched Como at and it seemed legit so went ahead and placed an order paying by cc.
Conformation email received and payment in AUD
4 days later email received saying money is being refunded to my CC in AED with zero explanation.
I then went to their online help and dragged the reason from then which was they could no longer supply as there was a security issue at their end.
Fine I’ll buy elsewhere.
Then of course the refunded money never matched the money paid due to paying in AUD and refund in AED.
Thanks for stealing my money for an issue that was theirs and not mine.
Will never use again.

I like how I received an email asking for feedback on their performance a week ago 🤣

I had ordered 3 white fans from microless which was showing available but later on they said we can deliver brown fan and when I insisted I need only white, they just refunded the amount without further discussion. now I am without the requested product.

Very poor response

Very poor response and the support team not care about the customer emails.
My order was very clear on the product description but received different one. Microless support team said it is seller item, even though seller item I ordered and paid to Microless so it is their responsibility to ensure correct delivery.

Worst service for their online side

Worst service for their online side.
Customer Service Terrible.
Express Delivery takes 8 Hours but you still pay for extra fees.
Easier just to buy at any other store Like DatCart or a Mall.
Don’t waste your time here.

I bought NAS hard rive and after install and setup found bad sector and didn't work, it took one month until they collect the item and now after two weeks they still didn't give feedback of when they will send another device or refund. not recommended to buy from Microless

dont trust what they advertise or promise to deliver

Microless shipped me a wrong product to another country and this was clearly a Microless mistake, but when I asked for RMA the same of day of the shipment receipt for unopened product Syed Akthar from RMA said NO!
I see many stories like mine. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!!

Don't get fooled by the lower price…

Don't get fooled by the lower price scam.
I bought a new Samsung g9 odyssey monitor and what they sent me is a used unit with everything messed up inside, and when I posted a negative feedback against their twisted practice, they simply removed it! Avoid the scammers!

Sales is good

Sales is good, after sales is bad. Return item takes too long (at least 5 on me and im living in UAE) Support is doesnt do much, they will just keep passing your queues to others and you have to call them by yourself just to get any update.

Some items has wrong info, so the item is definitely misleading.

Used product Received!!

I recently purchased a Braun electric shaver, and my experience has been highly disappointing. Upon receiving the product, the box was open and scratches on its body. To make matters worse, there were hairs inside the box, clearly indicating that I received a used product !!

This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the seller's commitment to delivering quality products. Purchasing a brand-new item should not involve receiving a previously used and unhygienic product. The open box and presence of hairs not only compromise the integrity of the purchase but also raise questions about the product's hygiene and authenticity.

I strongly urge the seller to improve their quality control and shipping processes to ensure that customers receive what they pay for – a brand-new, unused product in its original packaging. Do not buy.

Poor warranty support

After 10 days pf purchased, monitor found defective, item sent to Microless RMA team on 02 Aug. 2021, now it has been more than 6 months, v.poor response. And item still in under repair,
Pls careful while buying from them.

Wrong Product delivered

Bad Customer service.
• I have called almost every day (from 1/4/2023 to 4/4/2023) to speak to the customer service supervisor and each time I call was informed the supervisor is busy or not available and will call me back but never called back to date.
• I have sent several Emails but no reply.
• Returned the wrong product on 3/4/2023.
• Not recommended, Stay away from this company.
• Still waiting for my money to be refunded.

Faulty Lenovo Legion 7 - Very bad warranty process

I bought a Lenovo Legion 7 AMD edition from them and received the laptop with a bent/warping screen along with some delaminating at the right bottom edge of the display which is causing it to peel off.

They accepted my warranty return request but upon submitting the device in, it got rejected as the bend is 'minor or negligible'...?

I told them that this is not within spec and I would like to return it for a full refund/replacement but they could not do so as the product was opened and did not have other units in stock.

How can a customer possibly know if a product is faulty without opening it?

Really, really, really bad customer/warranty/returns service - never using them again because of this.

Scammers

The worst company at all, they sell you items they don't have in stock, then they call you to apologies and offers different items.
A piece of s**t manager is an amazing addition also, if only he recognize how much of a dumb clown he is.
