About this app

Do you get annoyed by incoming and missed calls from unknown numbers and anonymous calls? That problem has now been solved.

Kaspersky Who Calls is a free automatic caller ID that checks all incoming calls from unknown numbers so that you definitely know if it's worth answering the phone. You can even add annoying or suspicious individuals to the spammer database yourself – after all, safety begins with each of us.

Caller information
The automatic number identifier displays data about an incoming or missed call from an unknown number, including the name of the organization, its category, and the reputation of the number. The caller ID helps you keep track of important calls among all the information clutter, both at home and on the move.

Anti-SMS phishing
The anti-phishing feature that protects against malicious text messages allows you to safely follow links from SMS messages. If the link turns out to be malicious or hides a fake site, Kaspersky Who Calls will warn you about it

Spam and fraud alert
Kaspersky Who Calls can immediately warn you if a scammer calls and can automatically block a known spammer to save you from an unpleasant conversation.

Blocking suspicious calls at your request
You can help protect the community from spam and scammers: just add the unwanted number to the anti-spam list.

Protects outgoing calls
We'll help you figure out which calls are worth your time. If you need to call an unknown number, the app can immediately alert you to fraud or spam from that number.

Key features:
∙ Identifies unknown numbers in incoming and missed calls.
∙ Helps check unknown phone numbers.
∙ Blocks unwanted calls and displays information about them.
∙ Continually improves spam detection accuracy by updating anti-spam databases.

Premium functionality:
Call recognition without the internet. Thanks to the offline database of phone numbers, you can see who is trying to reach you – a scammer or a colleague from work – even while roaming or with no internet.

Kaspersky Who Calls does not require your phone number or contact list to identify unknown and anonymous calls: we do not download your data and do not publish it.

Spam labels are only provided on the basis of data from other users, they cannot be considered a Kaspersky verdict.

Overall it's good, however sometimes it shows a wrong caller name (probably because the database is not updated). How can I report such cases? I haven't found any button in the app to let the developers know a number with an incorrect name. Update: the suggested way to send a feedback is inconvenient because it requires too many actions: copy a number, go to Send feedback, it opens an email draft where I should write this number and add additional info... It's a hassle. Why not add a button?

Used to be good, now it just doesn't work. The popup window either don't appear at all, or appears with the message "couldn't identify the number, check your internet connection". Tried different phones, sim cards, wi-fi. It's just sad

Hello! This sounds like an issue for our customer support. If you haven’t already contacted them, please do: in the app go to "Settings" > "About" > "Send feedback about the app".

I'm using the free app and i' m basically happy with it, but there is one big problem- there is no option to connect to the developers or leave some comments for some critical cases. *Was looking for it for a half an hour or even more. At the end I found another option, not in the App. I don't know, maybe it exists just in the payed version but even if there is in the free one, maybe it's worthy to make it easier to find. If it's there looks like it's well hidden, maybe even by purpose.
