We can do one of the following:
- Delete the account.
- Revoke access and memorialize the account. The privacy settings can be changed so that only friends have access to the account's content. To do this, please contact Support. This might be necessary if other users post inappropriate content to the profile.
- Revoke access and change privacy settings.
In the last two cases, the profile of the deceased user won't display the time last online, but instead the words '''Deceased".
To delete the account of a deceased user, we need a request from a family member of the account's owner and a photo of the death certificate. Please be sure that the photo is in color and high-quality and clearly shows the complete document. Attach the image to your message to Support.
Please understand that we do not provide access to accounts of deceased users.
